Rebecca Miller is a visual artist from Chester County, PA. She has lived and worked in
Philadelphia since earning her MFA in Studio Art from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in
2010, with the thesis "INCANTATION: the clotted stutter, the fertile ferment." The evocation of
fairytale through landscape and plant life became her main artistic mission after graduating from Alfred
University in 2007. Since then she has worked primarily with the natural forms and textures of
Southeastern Pennsylvania, though she also enjoys portraiture.
